If you provide your customers with email support and promise to reply within 1-2 business days, then you may be able to let them contact you only and provide the solution within time. If, on the other hand, you wish to offer customers 24/7 support, you will probably have to refer them to the host’s customare care, in which case they will know they are receiving their support from someone other than you.
